2019 ATAAC Conference

2019 ATAAC Conference

From conference organizers:

“The big opening day of the 2019 ATAAC Conference is approaching and we would like to encourage everyone interested in this field to participate.

What is the ATAAC Conference?
The fastest growing conference about the Assistive Technology and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (ATAAC) on advanced technology for people with disabilities.

When and where?
October 15-17, in Zagreb, Croatia, with the possibility to watch the whole event online.

Why are we contacting you?
We would like to invite you, your colleagues, students and everyone else interested in AAC to virtually attend this event.

The lectures will be streamed online and they will be available free of cost for professors and their students working in these and related fields, for all three days, as well as SEN Teachers, OT/SLP/AAC/AT practitioners cooperating with non-profits.

Everyone who attends, in person or virtually, will receive an attendance confirmation.

The program will be accessible for 14 days so it can be watched at one's own pace.
For details on the program and speakers, please visit: https://ataac.eu/ataac-conference-homepage.html

Why the emphasis on students?
SLP and OT students are the future therapists and having the specific knowledge about AT and AAC is becoming more and more relevant for their work.

Where to register?
If you are a professor or student, please register for the free access code here: http://bit.ly/registrationATAAC
If you are a SEN Teacher, OT/SLP/AT or AAC practitioner cooperating with a non-profit, please register here: http://bit.ly/ATAACNPreg

Once you have registered for the free code we will send you the code and instructions on how to use it.“

NOTE: If you do not fall in to the categories for free registration, you can register to watch the entire conference online for only 57 Euro (~$62.22).
