Infinitec online course by Gail Van Tatenhove
“Course runs August 28th through December 30th ( *2 extra weeks are built in to assist with coursework completion)
This course, entitled 'Use Language Samples to Support On-Going Augmentative Communication,' is an online course specifically geared toward speech-language pathologists. The course has also proved valuable to classroom teachers who want to learn how to collect and analyze language samples and to university personnel who are preparing the next generation of speech-language pathologists and educators. It is an asynchronous course consisting of 12 modules and 4 live, 30-minute meetings to discuss the modules. The live modules will also be recorded. Each module includes a recorded PowerPoint show, application activities, and questions to be discussed in an on-line forum.
This course is at the intermediate level, with the expectation that participants are familiar with the field of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).”
