WHEN: Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 6:30pm PST

WHAT: Vision and AAC: Learning From Each Other - Children with vision impairment who need AAC require us to understand what they see, how they see, and to be creative in designing AAC systems to meet their needs. This evening will be a collaboration of our ideas! Come with a brief background of the child or adult, and the AAC system you helped to create that supported their communication. This is not specific to high tech. You can bring your examples of tangible symbol systems, adapted picture symbols, creative uses of static systems, etc.
