“As Mathematicians, we know that infinity goes on forever but can our students explain what that means?  Today’s students need to be able to understand and explain those big-picture concepts.  But, they also need to be able to solve basic algebra problems.  This session will explore resources to help teachers engage diverse learners and help all students succeed in learning math concepts and strategies and be able to express their mathematical knowledge. 

This session will provide an overview of Math apps/extensions for multiple platforms.  A rubric will be provided for the evaluation of apps/extensions.  The participants will also be provided with a UDL planning template to use in designing their classroom lessons.”
