"Assisting young children to access and participate in their home and school environment using Assistive Technology is essential! Participants will be introduced to Assistive Technology supports for Early Childhood. Resources will be shared on how to access information on what typical development is and how to use that information to provide Assistive Technology supports for birth to three-year olds and preschool settings.

The myths and benefits of Assistive Technology for infants and young children will be discussed. How to make accommodations and modifications specific to young children will also be defined and described."
